To ensure the best experience for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a 50% charge of the booked service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may require a deposit for future bookings. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a pause or termination of booking privileges. We understand emergencies happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate special circumstances.
